The assembly language helps to utilize all the functions and capabilities of the processor. browse on to grasp a lot of. The most vital and major functionality of an operating system is performing multiple tasks on the CPU. what's being done here is time sharing multitasking which too on an AVR. An Atmega32 is ready up to perform Round-Robin Multitasking. Quasi-parallel execution of multiple tasks is feasible through Round-Robin Multitasking. The tasks are time-sliced and don't seem to be tired parallel. The project demonstrates how the switching mechanism is finished between seven individual tasks. The RAM is split between the amount of processes that are running. A timer is employed here and a trigger is executed when it reaches a compare worth. the required registers are pushed onto the stack. No...

How to Make a Dual Tone Siren Circuit

Image
This electronic siren gives out a continuously varying high amplitude sound. Since the supply voltage is not critical, it can be used in cars, motor cycles or at home. It can replace the ordinary call bell. - . The circuit consists of two separate free running multivibrator and an oscillator. More innovative circuits HERE. A free running or astable multivibrator is one which has two quasi-stable states and the output of one stag is connected to the input of the other through a coupling capacitor.Since both the states are quasi-stable, the output attained is continuously varying in nature i.e. high, low high low-.  The output is in the form low pulses, the frequency of which depends on the base biasing resistor and the coupling capacitor, When these resistances and condensers for both the stages are of different values, the output ` wave form is rectangular; this is because the time constant of the two quasi-stable states becomes different. If this time constant of the two, states i...

Eight LEDs Make a 100 Division Voltmeter

Image
The circuit in this Design Idea makes a voltmeter that reads to 0.99V. The idea uses a counter IC to drive two sets of four LEDs (Figure 1). Each of these two sets represents a BCD (binary-coded-decimal) value. With all of the LEDs off, the voltmeter reads 0V. With all of the LEDs on, the reading is 0.99V. Op amp IC1A generates a predictable voltage ramp. Figure 1 You use op amp IC1B as a comparator to compare the ramp to an input signal. The higher the input voltage, the longer the output pulse from IC1B is. You use this pulse to gate free-running oscillator IC2B. A potentiometer on this multivibrator circuit allows you to adjust the full-range count. The voltmeter has a maximum input of 1V and uses three dual-part packages. You make output counter IC3 work as a two-digit counter by strapping the enable pin of the IC3B part to the MSB (most-significant-bit) output of the IC3A part. A dual op amp is used to create the comparator function and the ramp generator. The design also uses a d...

Make Your Iphone Battery Last Longer

Image
I’ve owned a Iphone for a while now, it’s an amazing phone, the best I have ever used so far. But when I first started using it, my only concern was that the battery didn’t last as much as I expected. After two days, it was gone, and when I needed it, the phone just didn’t turn ON. I used to let the wireless on almost all the time and downloading many new apps. Now that I have some more experience on how my little gadget works, I will try to share some ideas on how you can optimize your iphone’s battery life and have a better iExperience. Wireless connectivity will drawn your battery even if you are not using it. Keeping it on, it will always try to connect to some open hot spot, try to check your emails and much more. So a good idea is to turn it on when using, and after, turn it off. Bluetooth have a similar battery usage as Wi-Fi, so there’s not much reason to leave it on if you are not using it (I believe that the most common usage for bluetooth today is the headsets and car kits)....

Make a Photodiode Alarm

Image
This Photodiode based Alarm can be used to give a warning alarm when someone passes through a protected area. The circuit is kept standby through a laser beam or IR beam focused on to the Photodiode. When the beam path breaks, alarm will be triggered. The circuit uses a PN Photodiode in the reverse bias mode to detect light intensity. In the presence of Laser / IR rays, the Photodiode conducts and provides base bias to T1. The NPN transistor T1 conducts and takes the reset pin 4 of IC1 to ground potential. IC1 is wired as an Astable oscillator using the components R3, VR1 and C3. The Astable operates only when its resent pin becomes high. When the Laser / IR beam breaks, current thorough the Photodiode ceases and T1 turns off. The collector voltage of T1 then goes high and enables IC1. The output pulses from IC1 drives the speaker and alarm tone will be generated. Photo-Diode Alarm Circuit IR Transmitter Circuit A simple IR transmitter circuit is given which uses Continuous IR rays. Th...

Make a Warning Light and Marker Light Circuit Diagram

Make a Warning-light-and-marker-light. This is a led flasher light, A flashing light of high brightness and short duty cycle is often desired to provide maximum visibility and battery life. This necessitates using an output transistor, which can supply the cold filament surge current of the lamp while maintaining a low saturation voltage. The oscillation period and flash duration are determined in the feedback loop, while the use of a photo transistor sensor minimizes sensitivity variations. New Liquipel – Make Your Phone Watersafe

Image
Liquipel™ is a revolutionary process that applies a watersafe™ coating to your electronic devices to protect them in the event of accidental exposure to liquids. It is not visible to the human eye, virtually undetectable and Liquipel™ will not compromise the look, feel, and performance of your electronics. Liquipel™ is a Nano-Coating that is applied though a propriety process. This process starts by placing devices into the chamber of the Liquipel™ Machine. The Machine then removes all the air to create a vacuum, a special formula is then introduced as a vapor. The vapor then permeates the entire device inside and out, Liquipel™ then bonds to the device on a molecular level, leaving your device watersafe™ for years to come. Check out our GITEX 2012 Trade video coverage to see Liquipel in action.

Make a 25 Amp Solar Battery Charger Power Supply Circuit

Image
This circuit is capable of providing as high as 25 Amps of current at any specified voltage between 1.25 V to 30V as per the adjustment of the given pot. The current is constant irrespective of the voltage settings. The circuit can be used for charging batteries in range of 50 to 200 AH. The figure below shows a straightforward design of a 25 amp solar battery charger power supply circuit which would generate a constant 25 amps of current from any source which is able to generate currents in excess of 25 amps and at 32 volts maximum. We know that the IC LM338 is specified with a maximum of 5 amp current, the IC restricts anything above this limit. By connecting 5 of these ICs in parallel it thus becomes possible to generate a current output of about 25 amps. The great thing about using these ICs is that, these devices are internally protected from thermal runaway situations and short circuit or overload conditions. It means the present circuit automatically becomes safe from s...

How to make an Apple II computer fit on your wrist streampowers

Disclaimer: streamPowers.blogspot.com is not responsible for any damage caused to your devices due to any information found on this site.   Please use this knowledge at your own risk. About a year ago I came across an interesting article in Make Magazine about a guy who took his Fossil Wrist PDA and installed an Apple II emulator on it.   He was able to load many of the Apple II software titles and run them at regular speed.   The thought of having a fully functioning Apple computer on my wrist excited me enough to give it a try.      People that are attempting to do this should be familiar with the Palm OS as well as using jot or Graffiti 2 as an input method.   The Fossil Wrist PDA (now discontinued) features a tiny gray 160×160 pixel screen, the same number of pixels as most palm devices up to Palm III, with 16 shades of gray. The watch runs Palm OS 4.1 with its 66MHz processor and has a tiny stylus hidden in the watch clasp. It is able to ca...

Easy Make a Electronic Circuit Project Lights On!

Image
This is a simple Electronic Circuit Project for light on circuit. This circuit ensures that you will never again forget to switch on the lights of your car. As soon as the engine is running, the dipped beams and the sidelights are automatically switched on. The circuit also causes the dipped beams to be extinguished as soon as the main beams are switched on. As you can see from the schematic diagram, no special components are needed. When the engine is running, the alternator will generate a voltage of more than 14 V. Diode D1 reduces this voltage by 5.6 V and passes it to the base of T1 via R1. Due to the resulting current, T1 conducts. The amplified current flows via R3, the base of T3 and D3 to ground. This causes T3 to also conduct and energize relay Re1. Lights On  Circuit Diagram : If the driver now switches on the main beams, a current flows through D2 and R2 into the base of T2, causing this transistor to conduct. As a result, the voltage on the base of T3 drops, causing T3 ...
