Universal Preamplifier Circuit Diagram

Image
Most audio amplifier systems must have preamplifier with many different characteristics. These include high-gain linear response for magnetic microphones, low-gain linear response for tuners, and high-gain RIAA equalization for magnetic phone cartridges. To meet this broad requirement, most amplifier designers include a single universal preamplifier circuit. Basically a high-gain linear amplifier, its characteristics can be altered by switching alternative resistor filter networks into its feedback system. For example, when the selector switch is set to the Mag phono position, alternative input sources can be selected by S1-a, and appropriate linear-response gain control feedback resistors 220K, 470K, and 1M are now selected by S1-b. Those feedback resistor values are selected between 10 kilo ohms and 10 megohms to suit individual listener tastes. Circuit gain will be proportional, to the feedback resistor value.  Universal Preamplifier Circuit Diagram

Universal Motor

Universal motors including single phase motors using stator winding and the winding rotor. Universal motors used on the sewing machine, hand drill motor. Routine maintenance is done by replacing the carbon brush or it spring. Its Construction is simple, reliable, easy to operate, small power, big torque universal motor is used for domestic appliances. Universal shape of the motor stator comprises two stator poles. Winding rotor having twelve winding grooves and comes commutator and carbon brushes which connect in series between the stator winding with a winding rotor. High-speed universal motor has about 3000 rpm. Figure below shows the rotor and stator . Example of using a universal motor is on the sewing machine .

Universal Tester for 3 pin Devices

Image
Most 3-terminal active components can be  tested statically using just an ohmmeter. But  when you have a lot of these devices to test,  the procedure soon becomes boring. That’s  where the idea came from to combine fast,  easy testing for these types of device into a  single instrument.  The unit described here enables you to test  NPN and PNP bipolar transistors, N-or Pchannel FETs or MOSFETs, UJTs, triacs, and thyristors. Regardless of the type of device, the  tests are non-destructive. Universal connectors allow testing of all package types, including SMDs (up to a point). The unit lets you  change from one type of device to another in  a trice. It avoids using a multi-pole switch, as  they’re too expensive and hard to find.  . Simple Cmos Universal Logic Probe Circuit Diagram . Only the CD4009AE hex buffer, two resistors, and two LEDs are required for a logic probe. CMOS logic probe features 10120 input impedance and covers 3 to 15 V range. While LEDs are visible at all voltages, a 1-K!l pot in place of R2 will allow the user to increase brightness at lower voltages.  Simple Cmos Universal Logic Probe Circuit Diagram

Universal battery charger with 12V source voltage

Image
In this post I will share about using Accu source to charge batteries that can be used on any mobile brand, or can be called universal phone battery charger. Because the battery charger using a source of 12V, the charge accumulator can also be used in cars and others. This will out charger circuit voltage of 5 volts DC, with input from at least 6 volt battery, and voltage inputs that have been tried till with 15 volts (more than it has not been tried, because the battery that tie the maximum output voltage is only 13.8 volts).

Tutorial WII NUNCHUK CONTROLLER AS A UNIVERSAL

Image
This pinch project was realized with the ATM-18 controller module. This controller module has an ATmega88 microcontroller as and is a collaboration between Elektor and CC2 (Computer Club 2) . The Wii Nunchuk is addressed via the I2C interface. Resourceful tinkerers like Chad Phillips have the protocol and encryption algorithm found. Some possible application examples: Data Logger. Detect acceleration values over a period of time and store them in an I2C EEPROM, eg damitr a drive to record. Pan-tilt camera control. A camera mounted on servo control over the Nunchuk. RC model remote control. Together with an RC transmitter to RC cars, robots and airplanes could control and so on. What is needed: WII Nunchuk € 19 Make a nunchuk adapter 5 $, or DIY yourself, or simply cut off the plug ATM-18 module or replica, it comes with an Arduino Board LCD module for display, alternatively UART connection Optional (but highly recommended): 3.3V voltage regulator bi-directional level shifter 3.3V / 5...
